| Reference manometer to measure pressure at the boom (nozzle) |

The reference manometers for the pressure measurement on the boom allow to realise a complete hydraulic audit of the boom or the spraying arc. This pressure measurement on the boom associated to the measurement of the nozzles flow rate give a real diagnostic of the sprayer. Download the file « Pressure measurement »(pdf) (811 KB) The principle consists in to fix a reference manometer on the boom or the spraying arc. For this a nozzle is replaced by the reference manometer. It allows several pressure measurements and observations. The manometers inserted into the circuit don’t influence the hydraulic balance. Sufficient number of manometers is required to realise several observations in the same time on the whole boom.  
The pressure calibrator allows also to verify the good functioning of the working manometer apart from the sprayer.
  
All sensors answer to the actual Standards and notably to the European Standard EN 13790.
The proposed devices are different according to the sprayer type which is inspected : field crop or orchard/vineyard sprayers.
